Santa & the Reindeer

We took the kids to visit with Santa Claus & saw Dancer & Prancer at a local golf store last weekend. This is going to be one of our annual Christmas traditions. Santa was great - he sat & talked to the kids for about 10 minutes. Told Colton exactly what he needed to do Christmas Eve in order for Santa to make all of his deliveries. Kenleigh wasn't too sure about Santa but loved the reindeer. Merry Christmas everyone!

Colton is BIG into sports lately, especially UT sports. He loves going to basketball games & is now starting to become addicted to ESPN. The men's UT basketball team & Coach Bruce Pearl were at the mall tonight ringing the bell for Salvation Army. Colton had the guys sign his shirt & had a big smile on his face the whole time. His was a little disappointed because his favorite player, Tyler Smith, wasn't there.

Decorating the Tree

We finally got our tree up! The kids had so much fun putting the ornaments on - I don't think Mommy got to hang any!

Clydesdales

The Budweiser Clydesdale horses were in town so I took the kids to see them. I vaguely remember Mom taking us to see them back in 1982 when they were here for the World's Fair. What pretty horses! Even the dog from the Budweiser commercials was with them riding in the wagon. Kenleigh LOVED them - we even had to go back by a second time to see them again.
