Go Cubs!!

If you don't already know, Daddy is a HUGE Cubs fan! He is starting Kenleigh out early.

Hope everyone had a great Fourth of July! We had a cookout at Aunt Julie's & let Colton have fun with some sparklers. Then we all piled in the car & went downtown to watch the Festival on the Fourth fireworks.

We took a quick trip to visit Papaw Bob & Grandma Carol in Indiana. The kids were great. We had fun visiting with Aunts, Uncles & Cousins. Riverside Park was a big hit! It sure does seem a lot smaller than it did when I was playing there. It's fun to show the kids where Mommy spent time when I was little.

Update

The kids have both had their checkups recently. Colton had his 5 year Kindergarten checkup. He weighs in at a whopping 38 pounds (only the 28th percentile) & 44.5 inches tall (90th percentile). He passed all tests with flying colors & was very brave for his three shots & one finger prick. Kenleigh went for her 15 month checkup today. She weighs in at 25 pounds (80th percentile) & is 33 inches tall (98th percentile)!!! Daddy says we may have a future Lady Vol on our hands!!!

Orioles' Last Game

Colton had his last game as an Oriole. They had cupcakes & drinks after the game & each of them got a trophy - Colton was very excited because it "even has my name on it!!" He really enjoyed playing ball this summer & can't wait until next season.

Colton's Bowling Party

Colton had his birthday party at the bowling alley. I think everyone had a great time! The kids had fun throwing those big balls down the lane. Colton thinks it is his birthday every weekend!
