Soccer!

Kenleigh is playing Upward Soccer this year. She was so excited to go get some pink soccer gear!!





Practice has been interesting - we'll see how the games go!

Balloons for Grandma

I'm sure I've posted about this before, but everytime we get a helium filled balloon, the kids (especially Colton) like to release them, saying they are going up to Grandma. We got balloons from Alex's party & Colton took his upstairs. He came down a few minutes later with this:

It brings tears to my eyes!!

Fun in Pigeon Forge

Dusty & I took the kids for a quick trip to Pigeon Forge. Our first stop was Old MacDonald's Mini Golf.





Then we hit the outlets, grabbed lunch and played games at an arcade. The kids were exhausted when we left - they both fell asleep on the way home!

All-Star Team

Lined up for the National Anthem

Papaw, Daddy & Colton with Vance. Vance used to pitch to Daddy when he played in this league.

Colton was picked to play on one of the KYS All-Star teams & Daddy was picked to be the head coach. They had a BALL! It was a big deal - they played the National Anthem before each game & introduced the players before the first game.

Our team was GREAT!! We went 3-0 & scored 68 runs. It was so much fun to see these boys who love baseball thoroughly enjoying themselves.

Swimming

The kids really enjoyed swimming lessons this year. Kenleigh & Will were in the same class. We are going to be getting lots of practice - it has been a HOT summer!!
